I am Raman, a pianist and music teacher in Switzerland. beimir Products grew from the scheduling questions in my own teaching week: different lesson lengths, changing availability, groups and the need for proper breaks.

The aim is simple: make that planning easier to handle, so there is more room for teaching.

Getting started

One account. Two useful tools.

Use the same email address and password in Planner and Calendar. Sign in separately to each product. You can use either tool on its own.

No installation is needed. The applications are available in German, English and Russian.

A few practical answers.

Which product should I start with?

Choose Planner to build a timetable from availability and teaching constraints. Choose Calendar to manage lessons and changes through the academic year.

Do I need both products?

No. Planner and Calendar each work on their own. Together, they cover timetable planning and ongoing lesson management.

What happens when I open an app?

If you are not signed in, you can sign in or create an account. The same credentials work in both products; sign-in is separate in each.

Does it support different lesson rhythms?

Both tools support weekly and biweekly lessons, different lesson lengths and groups.

Can I ask for help getting started?
